Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your MGK Official Store gear; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drop items and autographed collectibles are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference until the process is complete.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
